Angel plopped down next to Remiel and pulled her tray towards her. “So what’s with the two-person lunch?” she asked straight out, dumping ketchup into her cheeseburger. “Did everyone ditch you guys?” She had an uneasy idea she knew what was going on, from the nervous way Stacey kept fiddling with her shirt, her hair, and the way she kept looking at Remiel.
“I-I asked him to sit with me,” Stacey said coolly, finally meeting Angel’s gaze.
“I see,” Angel said. Perhaps she was wrong. But Stacey’s tone told her different. Stacey did not want Angel there. And it was hard to think of many reasons why. She glanced at Rem out of the corner of her eye and smirked to herself. It was obvious to Angel, if not to Stacey, that Remiel Johanson was oblivious to exactly why Stacey wanted to sit with him. Which was all to the good, not to mentioned it boosted Angel’s ego. She leaned back and whispered in Remiel’s ear, “You really are the world’s most clueless man, aren’t you?”
Stacey frowned and started picking at her hot dog. Something about the way Angel was leaning against Remiel bothered her. Maybe the rumors weren’t true after all.

Remiel could sense that...well something was going on here. but he couldn't really figure out what. Angel didn't seem like she was mad at him for something, which was good, and he was having lunch with one of his friends, so he just didn't understand what could be amiss. He decided to just ignore the feeling and continue on with what looked to be a tasty lunch. He took another bite out of his nachos and listened to Stacey tell Angel that she had asked him to lunch.
When Angel leaned back and whispered into her ear a confused look grew onto his face as he looked at Angel. "Clueless? About what...?" He looked a little wary, wondering what he was missing here. While waiting for Angel to hopefully clear up some confusion that was around him he took another bite of his nachos, some cheese being left behind unknowingly below his lips close to his chin.

Angel scoffed, then grinned. “If you haven’t figured it out, I’m not going to help,” she said to him in a louder voice than before. She outright laughed at the cheese on his chin and grabbed his jaw, forcing him to look at her. “You pig,” she said affectionately, and licked the cheese off.
Stacey jumped to her feet. Without saying anything, she hurried away.
“All gone,” Angel smirked, and she was talking about more than just the cheese. She grabbed her bottle of water and took a gulp. “So tell me, have any other girls asked you to lunch? Girls besides your mother, I mean.”

Remiel was still really confused as to what was going on and had pouted at Angel when she had refused to tell him. He understood her actually laughing a moment later though, when he had left cheese on his chin. He did manage a smile though when she affectionately licked it off his chin.
He was about to say something but then noticed that Stacey had all but fled the table. "What's going on? Why did Stacey leave?" He just honestly wanted to know what was going on. At Angel's question he thought for a moment before shaking his head. "Nope. In fact, I don't even believe mum asked me to lunch. lunch has been pretty much a solo sitting for me," he said with a slight shrug, acting like it wasn't a big deal, despite how it would be rather lonely to eat by himself sometimes.
